How can I get my plugins working in the new PhotoShop CC 2015.5

For Windows Please copy the plugin file from your PS CC 2015 folder following this path C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Plug-ins and paste into your new PS CC 2015.5 folder following this path C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015.5\Plug-ins and you should be fine.

For Mac you need to copy the Auto FX Software folder that is in your Photoshop CC 2015/Plugin Folder and Paste it into your Photoshop CC 2015.5/Plugin Folder and it should also be fine once this has been moved.
